The reason I purchased this set is because of the length of the hooks (including the handle). The light doesn't do much for me, it's the total overall length of these is what I love about them and why I was attracted to them. God blessed me with really big hands and arthritis in my hands and I have found that these work great for me for both issues!! They're very comfortable to use and hold and I really appreciate that I can throw this complete set into my bag and have 90% of the hook sizes I need inside. I like these for a couple of reasons. #1 is the overall length #2 is the comfort of working with them and #3 is the sizes included in the kit. I grip my hooks in the "Knife" position (?) So I prefer hooks 6 plus inches long and these definitely meet my needs. (I only used the light so you could see the end of the hook)

I bought this set of lighted interchangeable crochet hooks specifically to work with dark, hard to see yarns. The price was right and it was important that the unit was rechargeable. The brightest setting is VERY bright, and the lower setting was perfectly adequate to see the stitches clearly. The mechanism for locking the hook heads in place seems a bit delicate, but I think if treated gently it should hold up all right.

The hook has two light settings so that is nice. It works well so far. Would recommend.

Good brightness. Not too bright where it is annoying or bothersome, but not to dark either. Power lasts very long and doesn't show signs of dimming after hours of it on. It doesn't heat up after long use.

Perfect for evening crochet sessions! The light is just right for working with dark yarns, and the ergonomic handle has helped with my arthritis tremendously.

Amazing product! I bought this to crochet on an 11 hour flight and it didn't disappoint! It's definitely a bit harder to use with darker yarn but it's not impossible. I was able to easily crochet and not bother anyone because the light is bright enough for you, but not bright enough to disturb those around you. The battery also lasted through two 11 hour flights and two 5 hour flights. I haven't had to charge it yet.

I wasn't really expecting much when I ordered it. It was an impulse buy. It Seriously exceeded my expectations and I have to say, it is pretty freaking awesome definitely worth having. The grip is really comfortable to hold, the 2 different light settings are a lot brighter than I thought they would be and it holds a charge for a good amount of time.

I love my hook! Amazing for dark colors and when your in bad lighting. As I get older my eyesight is getting worse and this hook helps!

It is possible to put the hooks in backwards. If you want the light on/off and counter buttons on the top of the hook near your thumb, you need to put the hook into the holder with the hook facing to the right. Then with the little wrench tool turn the hook clockwise.

Great set overall. The hooks are well-made and the light feature is handy. Only giving 4 stars because the case could be sturdier, but the hooks themselves are excellent.
